If you have placed an order and you want to check its status, you can view this from your account.
Step 1 - Sign up to your account.
Step 2 - Go to my orders.
Step 3 - Click on the order you want to track.
Step 4 - Click on details.
Or you can visit a tracking page here. Type in your tracking number and click on a button track. Then you get all the shipping information you need.
You can also check the status of your order on your phone, by clicking the “Enable updates via SMS” when you are placing an order at checkout.
Make sure the phone number present there is valid (if not, you can edit it by clicking on the edit icon next to the field).
The updates on your orders will be messaged to you on your phone.
